2.3 Service Area

3. Quotes and Pricing

3.1 Quotations

All quotations provided are estimates based on information you supply. Final charges may vary if actual conditions differ from those described. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Booking Process

4.2 Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.

4.3 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Equipment failure
  • Staff unavailability
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Non-payment of previous invoices

We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience without penalty.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Access and Preparation

You are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to the septic tank and property
  • Securing pets away from the work area
  • Informing us of any known hazards or special conditions
  • Ensuring someone aged 18 or over is present during service
  • Providing accurate information about tank location, size, and condition
  • Clearing the area around tank access points

5.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information regarding your property, septic system, and service requirements. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or service delays.

5.3 Safety Compliance

You must ensure that the work area is safe and accessible. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, we may postpone service until hazards are addressed.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Instant EFT services

6.2 Payment Due Date

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. For commercial clients, we may offer account facilities subject to credit approval.

Accounts not paid within agreed terms may incur interest charges at the prescribed legal rate. We reserve the right to suspend future services until outstanding amounts are settled.
